Attached are the playoff schedules & rules for 2011 season.
Coaches/Team parents....please review all of this email AND the attached rules. YOU are responsible for ensuring the comprehension & adherence. Do not blame the referee, AYSO board or official for enforcing these rules.
Please note:
- ALL teams are entered into the playoffs.
- the seeding was completely by blind draw.
- PLEASE review the game rules...failure to follow the rules MAY result in disqualification/forfeiture. COACHES are 100% responsible for knowing and understanding ALL soccer rules, AYSO game data sheet AND the attached playoff rules.
- make sure that all players are dressed in their AYSO issued uniform. It is the referee's discretion to disallow players not dressed in the proper uniform from participating.
- results & updates will be posted on our website ASAP after the game...usually about 24-48 hours after the games are concluded.
- all coaches are responsible for having: game cards properly completed AND official rosters. The rosters should show every player. If a child is not on the roster, he/she is not eligible to play. No exceptions.
- Both teams will sit on the same side of the field. All spectators on the opposite side. Only adults that are listed on the roster may sit with the team. No exceptions.
Lastly,
We are doing our best to provide referees for the playoff games. HOWEVER, if you are aware of anyone qualified that is willing/able to officiate the game...please let me know ASAP. If no one is found, home teams will need to referee their own game. We will do our best to notify teams of the referee status ahead of time.

Reminder that:
- ALL U10 teams are expected to participate,
- there is NO staking into the ground at Lydgate Sports Fields, and
- home teams are responsible for providing referees that will provide safe, fair & fun matches.
